I came here all the way from Ghotki just for education. We are a big family and money has been scarce but that never stopped us from ensuring our children get the education of their choice. I am also a teacher by occupation.
After a truck hit me, I became an amputee and that truly changed my life in every way. I suddenly became dependent on people that I didn’t want to. I got a three wheeler from the community to drive because I was a Pesh I Imam at the mosque and the community helped. But I wanted to move ahead myself. After learning about NOWPDP, I came and enrolled in a rickshaw driving training. The trainer was great and I learned everything by ease.
I want to work and earn a living so I can make sure my
sons and daughters are all educated and settled. Nothing would please me more.
