I have been blind since my birth and my mother was
really sad at first. I made her understand over the course of my childhood that
I could still do everything despite not having sight. I have no qualms with my
visual disability. That is a part of me now.
But my life turned upside down when I found out my
mother has cancer. I didn’t know how to comfort her or even myself. She worries
about what would happen to me if she dies. I don’t want her to.
I am studying BA and want to help my mother as much as
I can. Thank you for giving this ration to us.
