Quality Assurance Officer (Wheelchair Unit), Karachi

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our production team in Korangi. In this role, you will be the guardian of quality for our wheelchair production line. You will ensure that every wheelchair we assemble meets international safety standards and provides reliability to the people who depend on them for mobility.

Required Qualifications:

  • Verify the quality of raw materials
  • Monitor the assembly process on the floor to detect defects early.
  • Conduct rigorous safety checks on finished wheelchairs, including brake testing, stability checks, and load-bearing tests.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to ISO standards and internal quality control (QC) checklists.


Required Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment (Medical Device or Assembly experience is a plus).
  • Education: Diploma (DAE) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, gauges) and a strong eye for detail.
