Rozgar Economic Empowerment & Employment
Persons with disabilities have traditionally had a more difficult time getting employment. A lack of accessibility and educational opportunities leads to a considerable number of persons with disabilities lagging behind in the socio-economic arena.
NOWPDP supports employment of persons with disabilities by working on their capacity building as well as organizations'. NOWPDP has a two-pronged strategy for economic empowerment that works through its program Yaqeen.

A journey of impact
Employment that restores independence
“I was asked to leave the company where I gave my 20 years just because I lost my eyesight. For the last 5 years, I have given many interviews... In 2019, I got to know about NOWPDP and quickly enrolled in their Call Center Course. Today I work independently and support my family with pride.”
