Job Profile

Job Summary:
The Associate – Programs (Empowerment) supports the implementation of employment and inclusion initiatives for persons with disabilities by assisting in client engagement, beneficiary support, partnership development, and program visibility. The role involves coordinating programmatic activities, conducting research and analysis, monitoring program outcomes, and providing administrative and documentation support. The Associate works closely with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure effective program delivery, retention of placed beneficiaries, and continuous improvement of employment initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Qualification and Experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree with majors in Business Administration (preferred) or Social Sciences.

·       1-2 years of work in social development sector preferred

·       Fresh Graduates can apply

·       Knowledge of recruitment and disability issues.

·       Experience in monitoring & evaluation and field research preferred.

Required Skills

Skills:

·       Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Office

·       Ability to multitask and work under stress to meet deadlines.

·       Fluency in Urdu and English.

·       Strong research and analytical skills

·       Knowledge of statistical/data analysis software (like SPSS, Stata).
