Neelam, a woman with physical disability from Sujawal, joined us with determination to change her life. Married with two children, her husband's asthma often prevented him from working, leaving the family in financial uncertainty.

She enrolled in domestic stitching training, then pursued industrial stitching with immense passion. After completing training, Neelam secured self-employment through Shamil, earning monthly income based on productivity and orders. The day she learned of her employment, her face lit up with hope and pride.

Today, Neelam contributes to her family's income and dreams of a brighter future for her children. From Sujawal to self-reliance, her story proves that with opportunity and belief, every barrier can be overcome.
