David was born deaf and raised by a single mother, taking on early responsibility for his siblings. Life was challenging and communication difficult, but the deaf community provided support and understanding.
NOWPDP changed his path. David enrolled in Hunar’s Textile Quality Check Program, learning stitching, quality checking, and packing. Patient trainers and supportive peers helped him master these skills and build confidence.
Through Rozgar, David found a role at AGI Denim. Starting with label attaching, he progressed to finishing and packing, while colleagues learned basic sign language to communicate with him. The workplace embraced him with respect, empathy, and opportunity.
David now thrives professionally, proving that resilience and determination turn barriers into milestones. “The best is yet to come,” he signs, “but it comes only to those who strive for it.”
